Our raw banana powder, also called green banana flour, is milled from unripe G9 (Grand Naine) bananas grown in India. The fruit is harvested mature but still green, before its starch turns to sugar, then peeled, sliced, dried and finely milled. The result is an off-white powder with a mild, neutral taste and a high natural starch content, including resistant starch.
